SATISFACTION

All our products have been carefully selected, tried, brewed and tasted. We sell only what we drink, eat and use, so we are confident that you will have a great time doing the same. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days after receipt.

In case of return, we will be glad to receive your email explaining briefly the return circumstances. Once we have received the returned item, we will give you the choice between a refund, a credit on your account, or an exchange against another item as per your request.

DAMAGED

We dedicate ourselves to insure that all items ordered are properly shipped and received in perfect condition. If there is any damage during shipping, you can ask for a refund or replacement. Please let us have an explanatory email along with the damaged item pictures and we will do the rest.
