Where is this tea grown?
Northern Thailand. Chaidim works directly with growers and the tea is organically grown without synthetic pesticides.

Lemongrass, Ginger. Nothing else is added: no flavourings, no sugar.

How do I brew it?
Use freshly boiled water, one teabag or one teaspoon of leaf per cup, and steep 3 to 5 minutes for tea or 5 to 7 minutes for herbal blends. Good leaf can be infused more than once.
